Video games are bigger than ever, and is one of the few industries thriving in these economic times. With releases for the XBox 360, Nintendo Wii, and Playstation 3, there's bound to be something that will appeal to everyone.

The video game industry is always in motion. When it was released, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warefare rocked the video games community. Therefore, the sequel to that game is sure to repeat the phenomena. Currently in production, Modern Warfare 2 is set towards a November 10th release date. The Call of Duty family of games is also sure to see another member marching in its ranks, as Treyarch is developing a game that grabs the hot action of these games and takes it right off of the World War II battlefield. Details have been relatively scarce thus far, however, it is sure to please.

October 27th, 2009 will see the release of Congregation of the Damned, and its already shaping up to be a journey into the nefarious recesses of the human psyche. According to the band, the album is going to feature a combination of slower songs along side more hardcore rock themes. Of course, with Atreyu’s driven style of play, this great album of upcoming music is sure to offer a headstrong technique on even their ballads. The band is set to start out on tour that month with Hollywood Undead, who are promoting upcoming music of their own.

The Motorola ZINE ZN5 is the newest Motorola phone to hit the market. This upcoming Motorola phone features Kodak imaging technology, as well as the Perfect Touch system marketed by Kodak. The Motorola ZINE ZN5 phone was initially released in China in July of 2008, before its release with T-Mobile in November of that year. The 5.0 megapixel 4x zoom camera and wi-fi capable connection set it far apart from other offerings in the market. The company also specifies that the battery life consists of 9.5 hours of talk time, and mentions the MP3 Polyphonic ringtone capabilities of this platform.

Upcoming video game releases include the anticipated Guitar Hero 5 and The Beatles: Rock Band. Fans of these popular games are also awaiting the arrivals of Guitar Hero: Van Halen and Band Hero.

Sports fans can gear up for the upcoing sports season with NBA 2K10 and NHL 2K10. Fans of auto racing will be happy to know that Forza Motorsports 3 will be released soon. Gran Turismo 5 has been highly anticipated for awhile, and after being pushed back, will drop in 2009.
